Biomimetic TME‐Responsive Nanotheranostics for Precise NIR‐II Ratiometric Photoacoustic Imaging and Synergistic Immuno‐Photothermal Therapy

A biomimetic Au/Ag@HMON‐NLG@CCM nanotheranostic is engineered for tumor microenvironment‐responsive NIR‐II ratiometric photoacoustic imaging and immune‐photothermal therapy. The integration of hyperthermia‐triggered immunogenic cell death with IDO‐blockade‐mediated metabolic remodeling promotes dendritic cell maturation and T‐cell activation.
