The hatching time of eggs of Tokunagayusurika akamusi (Tokunaga) decreased significantly when temperature was increased from 5degreesC to 25degreesC; eggs fail to hatch at 30degreesC. The percentage of T akamusi eggs that developed into normal larva also

ABSTRACT Background Soybean, a nutritionally important protein‐ and oil‐rich legume, is highly sensitive to iron (Fe) deficiency under alkaline conditions, where reduced Fe availability limits growth, yield, and seed quality. Effective biofortification therefore requires increasing seed Fe while reducing phytate that restricts Fe bioavailability.

Post-Flowering Photoperiod Sensitivity of Soybean in Pod-Setting Responses
The development of soybean (Glycine max) is regulated by the photoperiod, with genes related to photoperiod sensitivity primarily focused on the flowering time.

Nitrogen addition shifts plant nutrition from nitrogen to phosphorus (P) limitation. Nitrate‐based nitrogen enhances P acquisition more effectively than ammonium through increased phosphatase activity, independently of pH changes. Organic P forms induce stronger P limitation than inorganic P.

Responses of Leaf Senescence for Stipa krylovii to Interactive Environmental Factors
The effects of temperature, and photoperiod on autumn phenology are well established for many species. However, the impact of multiple environmental factors and their interactions on regulating autumn phenology remains insufficiently explored.

Abstract Background High‐intensity ultrasound is widely advocated for the preservation of liquid foods; however, the potential formation or release of toxic compounds during processing remains under‐investigated. This study evaluated the toxicological profile of cashew apple juice processed by high‐intensity ultrasound (1250, 1875, and 2500 W;L⁻¹ ...

Abstract BACKGROUND Preharvest light management is increasingly used to enhance yield and fruit quality in soilless systems, yet its effects on unripe melon fruits remain poorly understood. This study evaluated the impact of supplemental red–blue light‐emitting diode (LED) lighting applied during cultivation in a closed‐cycle hydroponic system on ...

The Regulatory Role and Mechanism of Myoferlin in Mitophagy During Papillary Thyroid Carcinogenesis
ABSTRACT Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most prevalent subtype of thyroid cancer; however, the regulatory mechanisms by which mitophagy influences its progression remain inadequately elucidated. This study sought to examine the role of myoferlin (MYOF) in mitophagy and its molecular basis during PTC development. Utilizing three paired PTC and
