Two Material Properties from One Wavelength‐Orthogonal Photoresin Enabled by a Monochromatic Laser Integrated Stereolithographic Apparatus (Mono LISA)

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 37, Issue 13, April 2, 2025.
A single object with dual properties – degradable and non‐degradable – is fabricated in a single print simply by switching the printing colors. The advanced multi‐material printing is enabled by the combination of a fully wavelength‐orthogonal photoresin and a monochromatic tunable laser printer, paving the way for precise multi‐material ...

A Soft Microrobot for Single‐Cell Transport, Spheroid Assembly, and Dual‐Mode Drug Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A soft, untethered hydrogel microrobot enables precise single‐cell delivery, self‐assembly into 3D spheroids, and real‐time thermal actuation. Driven by light‐induced convection and embedded with gold nanorods and temperature sensors, the microrobot guides cells, modulates local microenvironments, and supports drug testing.

Self‐Assembled Inorganic Nanomembrane Tubes: Rolled‐Up Piezoelectrics for Microacoustic Wave‐Based Actuators and Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates a self‐assembly process to generate free‐standing piezoelectric nanomembranes, forming ultracompact microtubular acoustic wave sensors and actuators. The miniaturized 3D piezoelectric platform reported in this work can be applied in telecommunication, energy harvesting, and acoustofluidics. Moreover, the 3D self‐assembly can add

Photoresist Removal Using H Radicals Generated by Iridium Hot-Wire Catalyst

open access: yesInternational Journal of Polymer Science, 2017
We examined an environmentally friendly photoresist removal method using H radicals produced by decomposing hydrogen on a hot iridium catalyst. We examined the relationship between photoresist removal rate and its surface temperature using thin film ...

Ion‐Reconfigurable “N”‐Shaped Antiambipolar Behavior in Organic Electrochemical Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A unique N‐shaped negative differential transconductance (NDT) characteristics is demonstrated in single‐polymer organic electrochemical transistors through a sequential doping–redox–doping process driven by iodide ions. This redox‐driven mechanism enables low‐voltage, ion‐controlled reconfigurability and tunable current modulation, allowing seamless ...

Ultrafast Vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistors With Ion‐Permeable Conductive Polymer Top Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Vertical organic electrochemical transistors (vOECTs) are limited in speed by ion‐impermeable metal electrodes that slow ion injection. Using ion‐permeable PBFDO top electrodes allows direct vertical ion injection into BBL channels, achieving high current densities (>400 A cm−2), large on/off ratios (>106), and ultrafast switching in 28 µs. This sets a

Acoustic resonant imaging technique for characterization ofphotoresist properties depending on hard bake temperature

open access: yese-Journal of Nondestructive Testing
Photoresists are essential materials in semiconductor fabrication, specifically in lithography, where their physical and chemical properties influence pattern generation. However, their light-reactive make property measurements challenging.
