Kindlin Regulates Mechanosensitive Activation and Adhesion Assembly of Integrin beta6
Extracellular matrix compliance plays a critical role in the regulation of integrin‐mediated adhesion and cell motility. Here, it is reported that strengthening the kindlin2‐integrin β6 interaction overcomes the dependence on extracellular substrate stiffness and promotes integrin β6‐mediated cell migration.

Aggregation induced photodynamic therapy enhancement based on linear and nonlinear excited FRET of fluorescent organic nanoparticles [PDF]
A binary molecule can self-assemble to form fluorescent organic nanoparticles (FONs) based on the Aggregation-Induced Emission Enhancement (AIEE) property and subsequently, presents an efficient fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) to generate ...

Voriconazole-Associated Phototoxicity
Voriconazole is an extended-spectrum triazole antifungal approved for treatment of invasive fungal infections. The drug has been associated with phototoxicity, presenting as photodistributed eruptions such as macular erythema or pseudoporphyria. We describe a 59-year-old man with acute myeloid leukemia, status-post matched unrelated donor stem cell ...

The work constructs a glucose‐triggered gel for diabetic abscess treatment. The results demonstrate that the gel catalyzes glucose into oxygen, alleviates the hypoxia, and ensures sufficient ROS generation to combat pathogenic bacteria. Simultaneously, borneol within the gel can enhance the antibacterial activity of ROS and alleviate pain in patients ...

Refractive Index‐Corrected Light‐Sheet Microscopy for Macro‐View Cardiovascular Imaging
A refractive index‐corrected light‐sheet fluorescence microscopy system enables macro‐view cardiovascular imaging across organs, adapting to refractive index variations from different optical clearing protocols. By integrating axial sweeping, multi‐view imaging, and a sealed chamber, it extends the field of view, enhances isotropy, and improves safety.

Metal‐Ligand Complexes as Multifunctional Platforms for Photo‐Activated Cancer Therapy
Metal‐ligand complexes serve as multifunctional platforms for photo‐activated cancer therapy, facilitating photothermal and photodynamic effects through light absorption and reactive oxygen species generation. This review categorizes these complexes by ligand and metal types, examines their roles in combined therapeutic approaches, and explores ...
