Phylogenetic Relationships Amongst 10 Durio Species Based on Pcr-rflp Analysis of Two Chloroplast Genes [PDF]
Twenty seven species of Durio have been identified in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia, but their relationships have not been studied. This study was conducted to analyse phylogenetic relationships amongst 10 Durio species in Malaysia using PCR-RFLP on two ...

This work introduces a scalable, data‐driven strategy that turns the vast sequence diversity of phage receptor‐binding proteins into modular tools for engineering customizable phages. By clustering and experimentally validating diverse RBPs, the authors build an accurate map linking sequence to host specificity and create plug‐and‐play modules that ...

This study discovered a new pathway that tells fruit flies when to stop eating. It found that rising blood sugar (fructose) is detected by a sensor called GR43a. This triggers a chain reaction involving the satiety signal sulfakinin and its receptor, ultimately activating a final satiety signal, ILP5.

This study established an RT‐MSCs‐based therapeutic approach for scleroderma in mice. RT‐MSCs attenuated fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and restored gut microbiota homeostasis. Metabolomic analyses confirmed recovery of key metabolites, and RT‐MSCs demonstrated favorable lesion targeting and safety profiles.
