How Does Plant CO2 Physiological Forcing Amplify Amazon Warming in CMIP6 Earth System Models?
The physiological response to increasing CO2 concentrations will lead to land surface warming through a redistribution of the energy balance. As the Amazon is one of the most plant‐rich regions, the increase in surface temperature, caused by plant CO2 ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Teaching methods in Physiology: Students’ Feedback
BACKGROUND: The mainstream of tertiary education has seen a massive transformation over the last few decades and the move towards student centered learning is finding support in the physiological sciences. It is becoming increasingly urgent to find ways of evaluating teaching/learning strategies.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Textile-based wearable sensors for assisting sports performance [PDF]
There is a need for wearable sensors to assess physiological signals and body kinematics during exercise. Such sensors need to be straightforward to use, and ideally the complete system integrated fully within a garment.

Potential Roles of Exercise in Regulating Myoendothelial Feedback in Resistance Arteries [PDF]
PURPOSE Resistance arteries rely on tightly coordinated signaling between vascular smooth muscle cells (SMCs) and endothelial cells (ECs) to regulate vascular tone and ensure appropriate tissue perfusion.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.
