MEASUREMENT OF RELATIVE BRANCHING FRACTIONS FOR D+-]K-K+K+ AND DS+-]PI-PI+PI+ DECAYS
, 1993 The decay modes D(s)+ --> pi-pi+pi+ and D+ --> K-K+K+ have been studied in the hadroproduction experiment WA82. The following ratios of branching fractions have been measured: B(D(s)+ --> pi-pi+pi+)/B(D(s)+ --> phipi+) = 0.33 +/- 0.10 +/- 0.04, B(D ...LEGROS P, HARRISON K, BARBERIS D, FRENCH BR, OSCULATI B, MAZZANTI P, GRARD F, REDAELLI N, HURST R, RODA, CHIARA MARIA ANGELA, QUARENI A, DUFEY JP, FORINO A, MULLER F, WEYMANN M, NETCHAEVA P, KIRK A, ANTINORI F, JACHOLKOWSKI A, CASANOVA V, BEUSCH W, DAMERI M, GESSAROLI R, LAMANNA E, DAVENPORT M, ALEXANDROV Y, LASSALLE JC, ZAVERTYAEV M., TOMASINI G, BUYS A, ADAMOVICH M, ROSSI L +31 morecore +1 more sourceMeasurements of the branching fractions for B(s) -> D(s) pi pi pi and Lambda_b -> Lambda_c+ pi pi pi

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic Amelie S Schober, Leire Moreno‐Cugnon, Laura Martínez‐Pérez, Amaia Ercilla, Amaia Zabala‐Letona, Adrián Vicente‐Barrueco, Maider Fagoaga‐Eugui, Saioa Garcia‐Longarte, Blanca Calle‐Ciborro, Encarnación Pérez‐Andrés, Onintza Carlevaris, Sara Pozo, Isabel Mendizabal, Ugo Mayor, Arkaitz Carracedo, Violaine Sée, Edurne Berra +16 morewiley +1 more sourceLongitudinal genome‐wide aneuploidy measurements in circulating cell‐free DNA to predict lack of benefit from pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.Youssra Salhi, Stavros Makrodimitris, Sandra van Wilpe, Iris te Paske, Vanja de Weerd, Corine M. Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.Jun Xu, Nicolas J. Niklaus, Anna M.
