Stabilization and
This paper deals with the stability, stabilization and L2- gain problem of periodic piecewise impulsive linear system. Firstly, by developing a new Lyapunov function called multiple piecewise time-varying Lyapunov function, a sufficient condition that ...

Global and Partial Phase Synchronizations in Arrays of Piecewise Linear Time-Delay Systems
In this paper, we report the identification of global and partial phase synchronizations in linear arrays of unidirectionally coupled piecewise linear time-delay systems with two different coupling configurations.

We present a fully automated Bayesian optimization (BO) protocol for the parameterization of nonbonded interactions in coarse‐grain CG force fields (BACH). Using experimental thermophysical data, we apply the protocol to a broad range of liquids, spanning linear, branched, and unsaturated hydrocarbons, esters, triglycerides, and water.

Bifurcation and Dynamics Analysis of a Piecewise-Linear van der Pol Equation
In this study, we examine the bifurcations and dynamics of a piecewise linear van der Pol equation—a model that captures self-sustained oscillations and is applied in various scientific disciplines, including electronics, neuroscience, biology, and ...

Canonical Discontinuous Planar Piecewise Linear Systems [PDF]
The family of Filippov systems constituted by planar discontinuous piecewise linear systems with two half-plane linearity zones is considered. Under generic conditions that amount to the boundedness of the sliding set, some changes of variables and parameters are used to obtain a Li´enard-like canonical form with seven parameters.

Pattern Formation in Non‐Equilibrium Architected Materials
This article demonstrates an artificial mechanical system ‐ a robotic metamaterial ‐ as an accessible and versatile platform within which to explore and prescribe the reaction‐diffusion driven pattern formation hitherto associated with comparatively less accessible and versatile non‐equilibrium biological and chemical systems.

Hierarchical multi‐material TPMS lattices are engineered as flexible tactile sensors by combining soft and stiff elastomeric layers with a conformal conductive coating. The bilayer architecture delivers sensitivity at low pressures while maintaining a broad detectable range under large loads, enabling reliable pressure and vibration monitoring for ...

Crossing limit cycles for a class of piecewise linear differential centers separated by a conic
In previous years the study of the version of Hilbert's 16th problem for piecewise linear differential systems in the plane has increased. There are many papers studying the maximum number of crossing limit cycles when the differential system is ...
