In 2020, 48 test pits totalling 72.5 m2 were excavated in the vicinity of Raudonė Castle (Jurbarkas District, West Lithuania). A 0.3– 3.3 m thick cultural dating to the 14th–20th centuries was recorded. A red brick wall, which dates to the 19th century according to the stratigraphic data, was discovered.
