Dissipation, adsorption–desorption, and potential transformation products of pinoxaden in soil
Biomedical Chromatography, 2021AbstractThis study established and validated a simple and sensitive analytical approach for determining pinoxaden residues in soil. The dissipation and adsorption–desorption of pinoxaden in four kinds of Chinese soil were comprehensively investigated for the first time, and the possible metabolic products and pathways were identified.

Kilogram synthesis of pinoxaden
Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry, 2022AbstractAn optimized kilogram‐scale synthetic route for pinoxaden was successfully developed. The key intermediate dimethyl 2‐(2,6‐diethyl‐4‐methylphenyl)malonate (19) was prepared from 2,6‐diethyl‐4‐methylaniline through diazotization reaction, Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction, and alcoholysis reaction in 59% yield over three steps in 97.3% purity.

Cyto-genotoxic effects of Pinoxaden on Allium cepa L. roots
Journal of Applied Genetics, 2020Pinoxaden is the one of the acetyl-CoA carboxylases (ACCase) inhibiting herbicides and used for controlling grass weeds. In this study, cyto-genotoxic effects of Pinoxaden on the Allium cepa roots were investigated using Allium ana-telophase and comet assays by determining the root growth, mitotic index (MI), mitotic phases, chromosomal aberrations ...
