Sir, I read with great interest the article entitled “Vitamin D levels in Indian children with intrathoracic tuberculosis” published recently1. The authors deserve credit for their effort. However, while going through the article, it was difficult to arrive at any conclusions regarding the aim/objective being fulfilled by this study.

Objective Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) use in limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc) is relatively uncommon due to the lower fibrotic burden and the predominance of the vascular complications.
