/PACS photometry of transiting-planet host stars with candidate warm debris disks
Dust in debris disks is produced by colliding or evaporating planetesimals, which are remnants of the planet formation process. Warm dust disks, known by their emission at ≤24 μm, are rare (4% of FGK main sequence stars) and especially interesting ...

Lifecycle perspective on cell and gene therapy manufacturing challenges and enabling GMP solutions. ABSTRACT Cell and gene therapies (CGTs) are revolutionizing modern medicine; however, making these advanced medicines scalable and readily available to commercial manufacturers worldwide is a major challenge. The number of approved CGT products continues

Spectroscopic study of the planet-host stars
This doctoral dissertation investigates the chemical composition of planet-hosting stars to better understand the connection between stellar abundances and planetary properties. The study is based on a homogeneous high-resolution spectroscopic analysis of bright F-, G-, and K-type stars with confirmed exoplanets in the Northern Hemisphere.

Formalising Sustainability Management as a Core Process Group in Project Management
ABSTRACT Sustainability has become a strategic imperative for organisations, yet widely used project management standards such as the PMBoK sixth and seventh editions still do not formalise how sustainability should be embedded across project work. This gap matters because PMBoK‐based processes shape governance, roles, documentation and performance ...

A Critical Analysis of Microsoft's Rhetoric and Reality of Sustainability Engagement
ABSTRACT This study critically examines Microsoft's environmental, social and governance (ESG) rhetoric and operational reality, to offer insights that extend beyond conventional greenwashing or bluewashing. Drawing on over 20 years of Microsoft's sustainability reports (2003–2024), third‐party ESG evaluations and media investigations, it employs ...

ABSTRACT This research develops and empirically validates the Community‐Oriented Marketing Approach (COMA), a 20‐item multidimensional scale designed to measure prosumer perceptions within participatory market systems. COMA conceptualizes prosumers as active co‐value creators and institutional agents, driving sustainable market governance.

ABSTRACT Environmental entrepreneurship and eco‐innovation, although cornerstones in the transition to a sustainable world, form a research nexus that remains largely understudied. We draw on the theory of complexity and the notion of cultural, temporal, and relational complexities to explain the process of eco‐innovation among environmental small ...
