Detailed abundances of planet-hosting wide binaries. I. Did planet formation imprint chemical signatures in the atmospheres of HD 20782/81? [PDF]
Using high-resolution, high signal-to-noise echelle spectra obtained with Magellan/MIKE, we present a detailed chemical abundance analysis of both stars in the planet-hosting wide binary system HD 20782 + HD 20781.

Photospheric activity, rotation, and star-planet interaction of the planet-hosting star CoRoT-6 [PDF]
The CoRoT satellite has recently discovered a hot Jupiter that transits across the disc of a F9V star called CoRoT-6 with a period of 8.886 days. We model the photospheric activity of the star and use the maps of the active regions to study stellar differential rotation and the star-planet interaction.

LiTa2PO8 (LTPO) suffers from high interfacial resistance when paired with Li metal due to poor solid‐solid contact. Coating LTPO with an ionic liquid (IL) markedly improves interfacial stability, maintaining favorable resistance up to 2000 cycles. However, contact between IL‐coated LTPO and Li metal induces discoloration of LTPO, which is attributed to

Insights into Planet Formation from the Ages, Masses, and Elemental Abundances of Host Stars
How planetary systems form and evolve is a key question in astronomy. Revealing how host star properties—such as elemental abundances, age, and mass—differ from those of nonhost stars, and how they correlate with planetary characteristics such as radius,

A CORRELATION BETWEEN HOST STAR ACTIVITY AND PLANET MASS FOR CLOSE-IN EXTRASOLAR PLANETS? [PDF]
The activity levels of stars are influenced by several stellar properties, such as stellar rotation, spectral type and the presence of stellar companions. In analogy to binaries, planetary companions are also thought to be able to cause higher activity levels in their host stars, although at lower levels.

Enhanced Xylene Sensing Performance of Fe‐Doped NiO Nanosheet Arrays via In Situ Growth
Xylene is a hazardous volatile organic compound (VOC) widely present in industrial environments, and achieving sensitive and stable detection of xylene remains a significant challenge for gas sensors. Here, a one‐step hydrothermal route was employed to in situ grow p‐type Fe‐doped NiO nanosheet arrays on ceramic tubes for xylene detection.

3D‐Printed Dual‐Doped Ag2Se‐Based Thermoelectric Films With Enhanced Thermal Stability
Sb–Se dual doping enhances the thermal stability of Ag2Se‐based thermoelectric systems. The compositionally tuned nano‐ink is printed into flexible films by direct ink writing (DIW), retaining improved thermoelectric properties after annealing up to 400°C.
