The Dependence of the Structure of Planet-opened Gaps in Protoplanetary Disks on Radiative Cooling
Planets can excite density waves and open annular gas gaps in protoplanetary disks. The depth of gaps is influenced by the evolving angular momentum carried by density waves.

Dynamics of the TWA 7 planetary system and possibility of an additional planet
Context. The debris disk surrounding the young star TWA 7 exhibits morphological features that tightly constrain its planetary architecture. JWST/MIRI observations have recently revealed a directly imaged outer planet orbiting at a large separation.

Habitable Planet Formation in Binary-Planetary Systems [PDF]
Recent radial velocity observations have indicated that Jovian-type planets can exist in moderately close binary star systems. Numerical simulations of the dynamical stability of terrestrial-class planets in such environments have shown that, in addition

A fluorinated cyclic ether, FDOL, is shown to stabilize Mg metal anodes by tuning Mg2+ solvation of the G2 electrolyte. The G2‐FDOL electrolyte suppresses passivation and thick, diffusion‐blocking Mg deposits, enabling more uniform Mg plating/stripping and sustained interfacial reactions.

The Dynamical Interaction between Low-mass Planets and Dust Coagulation
We investigate the impact of a low-mass planet on dust coagulation, and its consequent feedback on planetary migration, using a linear analysis of the coupled dust–gas hydrodynamic equations.

Enabling Metal‐Based Soft Robotics Through Investment Casting
Vacuum investment casting enables manufacturing of compliant soft robotic structures out of AA7075 high‐strength aluminum alloy. Additively manufactured patterns are converted into metal soft robotic structures addressing long lasting challenges like durability and nonlinearity of elastomer‐based soft robotics.

Inferring Planet and Disk Parameters from Protoplanetary Disk Images Using a Variational Autoencoder
Dust-continuum observations of many protoplanetary disks (PPDs) reveal rings and gaps that are widely interpreted as evidence of ongoing planet formation. Here we present the first framework for inferring planet and disk parameters from such images using

A new musculoskeletal reconstruction and revision of the cranio‐mandibular anatomy of the Devonian arthrodire placoderm Dunkleosteus terrelli from a comparative and functional anatomical perspective. Dunkleosteus is a specialized arthrodire with many specializations for feeding on large vertebrates, and many of its features are part of broader ...
