Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Effect of pH value on boundary water content of red clay in Guilin and its mechanism
The liquid and plastic limits are the important factors to reflect the penetration resistance, anti-erosion and anti-shear of soils. The liquid ad plastic limits of the red clay in Guilin soaked in the acid and alkali solutions are tested to study its ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Influence of Inorganic Salts on Soils Liquid and Plastic Limits
This study focused on the influence of inorganic salts on soil liquid limit (LL) and plastic limit (PL). Sodium chloride, NaCl, potassium nitrate KNO3 and calcium sulphate, CaSO4 of various concentrations were added to two subsoils.

Prediction of Consolidation Characteristics from Index Properties
Compression index and coefficient of consolidation are two most important parameters in obtaining the consolidation characteristics of cohesive soil. Considerable time and effort are required to obtain these parameters from the oedometer test. Therefore,
