UniMap: Type‐Level Integration Enhances Biological Preservation and Interpretability in Single‐Cell Annotation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
UniMap introduces a novel multiselective adversarial network that functions as a discerner in single‐cell dataset integration. It enables type‐level integration, ensuring accurate cell type annotation across diverse biological contexts while preserving shared and domain‐specific features.

NETs‐CD44‐IL‐17A Feedback Loop Drives Th17‐Mediated Inflammation in Behçet's Uveitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In experimental autoimmune uveitis (EAU), neutrophils interact with T helper 17 (Th17) cells through neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) to exert a pro‐inflammatory effect. In vitro and in vivo experiments identify that NETs promote IL‐17A secretion in Th17 cells via CD44, and increasing IL‐17A further induces more NETs formation.

Macrophage HM13/SPP Enhances Foamy Macrophage Formation and Atherogenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Previous research suggests that AIP may prevent atherogenic foamy macrophage formation. This study reveals that AIP, via its chaperone interaction with AHR, inhibits p38‐c‐JUN‐mediated transactivation of HM13, which encodes the ERAD protease HM13/SPP. HM13/SPP promotes foamy macrophage formation in addition to atherogenesis and plaque foamy macrophage ...
