Stability Criteria for the Control of Multi-Fractional-Order Systems with Multiple State Delays
This paper aims to investigate a multiple fractional derivative order system control with multiple delays. The generalized Lyapunov function and YkP lemma are used to obtain algebraic and frequency criteria for asymptotic stability for these systems ...

Polar compactons and solitons in a two dimensional optical waveguide: Theory and simulations
The propagation of optical cylindrical compactons and solitons in a two dimensional nonlocal nonlinear waveguide is deeply investigated by carrying a particular emphasis on its nonlinear response function.

Polarization and reprogramming of myeloid-derived suppressor cells [PDF]
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) have recently emerged as one of the central regulators of the immune system. In recent years, interest in understanding MDSC biology and applying MDSC for therapeutic purpose has exploded exponentially. Despite recent progress in MDSC biology, the mechanisms underlying MDSC development from expansion and ...

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

A fullerene derivative in which two oligophenylenevinylene (OPV) groupsare attached to C60 through a pyrrolidine ring has been prepared and photophysical studies in CH2CL2 solution show that photoinduced energy transfer from the OPV moieties to C60 ...

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Improved significance testing of wavelet power spectrum near data boundaries as applied to polar research [PDF]
When one applies the wavelet transform to analyze finite-length time series, discontinuities at the data boundaries will distort its wavelet power spectrum in some regions which are defined as a wavelength-dependent cone of influence (COI).

Recent advances in carbocupration of α-heterosubstituted alkynes
Carbocupration of α-heterosubstituted alkynes leads to the formation of stereodefined functionalized vinyl copper species as single isomer. Recent advances in the field show that a simple pre-association of the organometallic derivative with an ...

Inequalities for the Polar Derivative of a Polynomial
If is a polynomial of degree , having all its zeros in |z|≤K, K≥1 , then it was proved by Aziz and Rather [2] that for every real or complex number with |a| ≥K, .
