A room‐temperature aerosol deposition process yields multiphase nano‐clustered dielectric capacitors containing discrete BaTiO3, PbZrO3, and PbTiO3 crystals. This architecture creates three‐dimensional heterointerfaces that induce interfacial charge trapping and effectively inhibit breakdown propagation.

Robust and minimum norm pole assignment with periodic state feedback
A computational approach is proposed to solve the minimum norm and/or robust pole assignment problem for linear periodic discrete-time systems. The proposed approach uses a periodic Sylvester equation based parametrization of the periodic pole ...

A robust plant protein adhesive was prepared by fabricating a bi‐continuous organic–inorganic hybrid structure. Compared with traditional organic–inorganic hybrid adhesives, the addition amount of inorganic phase is increased from 0.2%–3.0% to 50%, and the strength and toughness are increased by 6 and 121 times, respectively.

Dominant four-pole placement in filtered PID control loop with delay
The paper proposes a novel approach to the filter design in the delayed PID control loop. The novel approach is based on the dominant four-pole placement providing all five controller parameters including the filter time constant and damping factor ...

Develop a LiCl–PEI–PAM hydrogel with 3000% stretchability and excellent optical transparency. Through comparative studies of various salts, confirm that LiCl is the most suitable salt for high TENG output. Achieve excellent freeze‐resistant, dry‐resistant, and rapid self‐healing (10 s) properties even in extreme environments. Balance ionic conductivity,

Low‐Profile, High‐Gain GRIN RF Lenses via Multi‐Material Vat Photopolymerization
We investigate the opportunity of leveraging multi‐material vat photopolymerization printing to manufacture intricate lenses exhibiting permittivity gradients that can increase signal gain in transmitted radiofrequency signals in the X‐ and Ku‐bands. Lenses produced with more distinct low‐loss materials (up to 5) can deliver an 18 dB signal gain with a

New Results on PID Controller Design of Discrete-time Systems via Pole Placement
This paper considers the problem of proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller design for a discrete-time system via pole placement. We first provide a method on the determination of the discrete-time PID gains which can assign a pair of dominant ...
