The influence of density of plant population on the incidence of yellows in sugar‐beet crops
The incidence of yellows virus in sugar‐beet crops was reduced by increasing the density of plant population. The variations in plant population were obtained by differences in row width and singling distance.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
