Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Positive operator valued measures and the quantum Monty Hall problem
A quantum version of the Monty Hall problem, based upon the Positive Operator Valued Measures (POVM) formalism, is proposed. It is shown that basic normalization and symmetry arguments lead univocally to the associated POVM elements, and that the ...

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Results on the number of zero modes of the Weyl-Dirac operator [PDF]
For a given magnetic potential A one can define the Weyl-Dirac operator σ·(−i∇−A) on R 3 . An L 2 eigenfunction of σ · (−i∇ − A) corresponding to 0 is called a zero mode.

Positive solutions for fractional differential equation with a p-Laplacian operator
This paper studies the following Caputo fractional differential equation with p-Laplacian of higher-order multi-point: Dβ0+(p(Dα0+u(t)))+f(t,u(t))=0,0≤t≤1,l-1<β≤l,n-1<α≤n,(p(Dα0+u(0)))(i)=0,i=0,1,2,…,l-1,u(i)(0)=0,i=1,2,…,n-1,u(1)=∑ m-
