On the existence of solutions for Hadamard-type fractional integral equations

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems
The manuscript is dedicated towards the study of the existence of solutions for generalized Hadamard fractional integral equations with respect to a positive increasing function.

Existence and uniqueness of positive mild solutions for a class of fractional evolution equations on infinite interval

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2017
Based on an equivalent integral equation of a new type for a class of fractional evolution equations, which is different from those obtained in the existing literature, the paper investigates a class of fractional evolution equations with nonlocal ...

Harnack type inequality for positive solution of some integral equation [PDF]

open access: yesAnnali di Matematica Pura ed Applicata, 2011
In this paper, we establish some Harnack type inequalities satisfied by positive solutions of nonlocal inhomogeneous equations arising in the description of various phenomena ranging from population dynamics to micro-magnetism. For regular domains, we also derive an inequality up to the boundary.

Path-integral quantization of Galilean Fermi fields

open access: yes, 2015
The Galilei-covariant fermionic field theories are quantized by using the path-integral method and five-dimensional Lorentz-like covariant expressions of non-relativistic field equations.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

A gapless charge mode induced by the boundary states in the half-filled Hubbard open-chain

open access: yes, 1998
We discuss the ground state and some excited states of the half-filled Hubbard model defined on an open chain with L sites, where only one of the boundary sites has a different value of chemical potential.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Higher Spin Fields in Siegel Space, Currents and Theta Functions

open access: yes, 2009
Dynamics of four-dimensional massless fields of all spins is formulated in the Siegel space of complex $4\times 4$ symmetric matrices. It is shown that the unfolded equations of free massless fields, that have a form of multidimensional Schrodinger ...

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Symmetry and Nonexistence of Positive Solutions for Weighted HLS System of Integral Equations on a Half Space

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
We consider system of integral equations related to the weighted Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev (HLS) inequality in a half space. By the Pohozaev type identity in integral form, we present a Liouville type theorem when the system is in both supercritical and ...
