Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Post Activation Potentiation Effect of Different Preloading Protocols on Sprint Performance
Abstract This study aimed to investigate the post-activation potentiation effects of different pre-loading protocols involving blood flow-restricted plyometric jumps on sprint performance. In this randomized crossover experimental study, 15 athletes with at least seven years of sporting experience participated voluntarily.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.

Long‐term hippocampal alterations and cognitive impairment in a murine model of surgical sepsis
Using a mouse model of surgical sepsis, we tested long‐term memory and analyzed the transcriptome of single cells isolated from the hippocampus. Survivor mice showed worse memory, loss of certain brain cell subpopulations, and abnormal immune cell activity—suggesting that post‐sepsis brain alterations may be linked to cognitive deficits.
