SERIAL RENAL BIOPSY IN POTASSIUM BROMATE INTOXICATION
Japanese Circulation Journal, 1974 A serial renal biopsy was performed in a patient with acute renal failure caused by potassium bromate intoxication. A marked tubular necrosis along with near-normal glomeruli were observed on the fourth day of the onset. A montht here after, remarkable regeneration of the tubular epithelium was noted.

Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.We report a systematic study of β‐ketonitrile–modified Prodan‐type solvatochromic fluorophores. The β‐ketonitrile substitution induces marked bathochromic shifts in absorption and emission and significantly enhances fluorescence quantum yields in nonpolar solvents.

Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan, 1965 Abstract Potassium bromate has been used as a redox reagent in the presence of potassium iodide for the visual and potentiometric determination of thiourea and its several alkyl and aryl derivatives in a sulphuric acid medium. In visual titrations, amylose, is used as a visual indicator, turning blue at the end-point.

Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.This study investigates how molecular topology influences the photophysical properties of star‐shaped, threefold‐symmetric triphenylamine (TPA) derivatives functionalized with three BODIPY or SubPc units. Their absorption spectra exhibit minimal solvatochromism, whereas their fluorescence intensity is strongly dependent on solvent polarity.
