Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Thermal Design and Simulation of 1 500 A/3 300 V IGBT Power Modulein Traction Applications
The thermal management of 1 500 A/3 300 V IGBT power module was developed in this paper. First, based on thermal nodes network, an equivalent circuit model for thermal resistance of power module was highlighted, from which the steady state thermal ...

Recent Progress in Transient Liquid Phase and Wire Bonding Technologies for Power Electronics
Transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding is a novel bonding process for the joining of metallic and ceramic materials using an interlayer. TLP bonding is particularly crucial for the joining of the semiconductor chips with expensive die-attached materials ...

Power series rings and projectivity
We show that a formal power series ring $A[[X]]$ over a noetherian ring $A$ is not a projective module unless $A$ is artinian. However, if $(A,{\mathfrak m})$ is local, then $A[[X]]$ behaves like a projective module in the sense that $Ext^p_A(A[[X]], M ...

KAPow: A System Identification Approach to Online Per-Module Power Estimation in FPGA Designs [PDF]
In a modern FPGA system-on-chip design, it is often insufficient to simply assess the total power consumption of the entire circuit by design-time estimation or runtime power rail measurement. Instead, to make better runtime decisions, it is desirable to

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Preventing Space Charge Accumulation by Incorporating Electrets
Space charge accumulates near electrodes in insulating materials under high voltage direct current. Electric stress created by charge accumulation distorts electric field, reduces the remaining useful life of insulating materials, and decreases partial ...

Power-Serieswise McCoy Modules [PDF]
Extending the notion of McCoy modules and power-serieswise Armendariz modules, we introduce the concept of power-serieswise McCoy modules. Various basic properties of these modules are discussed and many illustrative examples are provided. Moreover, power-serieswise McCoy modules are used to obtain results on some polynomial extensions and matrix ...

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...
