Relationships and Algorithm in order to achieve the Largest Primes [PDF]
Today, prime numbers attained exceptional situation in the area of numbers theory and cryptography. As we know, the trend for accessing to the largest prime numbers due to using Mersenne theorem, although resulted in vast development of related numbers, however it has reduced the speed of accessing to prime numbers from one to five years.

This article advocates integrating temporal dynamics into cancer research. Rather than relying on static snapshots, researchers should increasingly consider adopting dynamic methods—such as live imaging, temporal omics, and liquid biopsies—to track how tumors evolve over time.

In this study, we compare the structural parameters of ultradiffuse galaxies (UDGs) to those of other dwarf galaxies and investigate whether UDGs form a distinct population.

Ubiquitination of transcription factors in cancer: unveiling therapeutic potential
In cancer, dysregulated ubiquitination of transcription factors contributes to the uncontrolled growth and survival characteristics of tumors. Tumor suppressors are degraded by aberrant ubiquitination, or oncogenic transcription factors gain stability through ubiquitination, thereby promoting tumorigenesis.

Phase-diagram of condensed and isolated skyrmions in chiral magnetic films
Skyrmions in chiral magnetic films exist either in the isolated phase, confined within the sample, or the condensed phase, occupying it entirely. The stability of magnetic structures in generic perpendicularly magnetized chiral magnetic films is fully ...

Constellations in prime elements of number fields
Given any number field, we prove that there exist arbitrarily shaped constellations consisting of pairwise non-associate prime elements of the ring of integers. This result extends the celebrated Green-Tao theorem on arithmetic progressions of rational primes and Tao's theorem on constellations of Gaussian primes.

HDAC4 regulates apoptosis in Acan‐CreERT2;HDAC4d/d mice with osteoarthritis by downregulating ATF4
Using the AcanCreERT2;HDAC4fl/fl genetic mouse model, we further investigated the role of histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) in chondrocyte apoptosis. We found that knocking down HDAC4 may be associated with chondrocyte apoptosis by upregulating the activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4)/CAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous (CHOP) signaling pathway ...

Evil Primes and Superspecial Moduli [PDF]
For a quartic primitive CM field $K$, we say that a rational prime $p$ is {\it evil} if at least one of the abelian varieties with CM by $K$ reduces modulo a prime ideal $\gerp| p$ to a product of supersingular elliptic curves with the product polarization. We call such primes {\it evil primes for $K$}.

Evaluation of synaptotagmin‐1 action models by all‐atom molecular dynamics simulations
We used molecular dynamics simulations to test models proposing that synaptotagmin‐1 facilitates membrane fusion by perturbing lipid bilayers, inducing membrane curvature and/or bridging membranes. The simulations show that synaptotagmin‐1 C2‐domains placed near the site of fusion hinder the ability of SNARE complexes to bring the membranes together ...
