This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Prime Graphs of Polynomials and Power Series Over Noncommutative Rings
The prime graph PGR of a ring R is a graph whose vertex set consists of all elements of R. Two elements x,y∈R are adjacent in the graph if and only if xRy=0 or yRx=0.

About unital and non-unital duo rings [PDF]
Several results about one-sided duo rings and duo rings are generalized from the case of unital rings to the case of arbitrary associative rings in this paper.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

FUZZY IDEALS OF NEAR-RINGS WITH INTERVAL VALUED MEMBERSHIP FUNCTIONS [PDF]
In this paper, for a complete lattice L, we introduce interval-valued L-fuzzy ideal (prime ideal) of a near-ring which is an extended notion of fuzzy ideal (prime ideal) of a near-ring. Some characterization and properties are discussed.

On derivations in \sigma-prime rings
Summary: Let \((R,\sigma)\) be a 2-torsion free \(\sigma\)-prime ring with involution \(\sigma\) and \(d\) be a nonzero derivation of \(R\). In the present paper it is shown that if \(d\) is centralizing, then \(R\) is commutative. Furthermore, if \(d\) commutes with \(\sigma\) and \(0\neq I\) is a \(\sigma\)-ideal of \(R\) such that either \([d(x),d(y)

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

ABSORBING PRIME MULTIPLICATION MODULES OVER A PULLBACK RING [PDF]
The main purpose of this article is to present a new approach to the classification of all indecomposable absorbing prime multiplication modules with finite-dimensional top over pullback rings of two Dedekind domains.
