Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

On Chains of prime ideals in ring of semialgebraic funtions [PDF]
In this work, we study the structure of non-refinable chains of prime ideals in the (real closed) rings S(M) and S*(M) of semialgebraic and bounded semialgebraic functions on a semialgebraic set M subset of R-m.

The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Another Proof of Levitzki’s Theorem for Prime Rings and Application to k-skew Commuting Property
In this paper, we provide another proof of Levitzki’s theorem for prime rings with k!-torsion-free using the Vandermonde determinant, which states that a prime ring contains no nonzero nilpotent left or right ideal.

Approximaitly Semi-Prime Submodules and Some Related Concepts
We introduce in this paper the concept of approximaitly semi-prime submodules of unitary left -module over a commutative ring with identity as a generalization of a prime submodules and semi-prime submodules, also generalization of quasi-prime ...

A NOTE ON AUTOMORPHISMS OF PRIME RINGS
In [Acta Sci. Math. 56, No. 3-4, 369-375 (1992; Zbl 0792.16033)] the reviewer proved that if automorphisms \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) of a prime ring \(R\) of characteristic not 2 commute and satisfy \(\alpha+\alpha^{-1}=\beta+\beta^{-1}\), then either \(\alpha=\alpha^{-1}\) or \(\beta=\beta^{-1}\).

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

The Conversion of 5,5′-Bi(1,2,3-dithiazolylidenes) into Isothiazolo[5,4-d]isothiazoles
Thermolysis of 4,4′-dichloro-, 4,4′-diaryl-, and 4,4′-di(thien-2-yl)-5,5′-bi(1,2,3-dithiazol-ylidenes) affords the respective 3,6-dichloro-, 3,6-diaryl- and 3,6-di(thien-2-yl)isothiazolo[5,4-d]-isothiazoles in low to high yields ...
