Homogeneous Poisson structures on symmetric spaces

open access: yes, 2008
We calculate, in a relatively explicit way, the Hamiltonian systems which arise from the Evens-Lu construction of homogeneous Poisson structures on both compact and noncompact type symmetric spaces.

Analgesic effects of platelet‐rich fibrin (PRF): A systematic review

open access: yesPeriodontology 2000, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Platelet‐rich fibrin (PRF), a second‐generation autologous platelet concentrate, has gained significant interest for its anti‐inflammatory and regenerative characteristics. While its role in tissue healing is well‐recognized, the analgesic potential of PRF remains under‐investigated.

Studies on Prn variation in the mouse model and comparison with epidemiological data.

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2011
The virulence factor pertactin (Prn) is a component of pertussis vaccines and one of the most polymorphic Bordetella pertussis antigens. After the introduction of vaccination shifts in predominant Prn types were observed and strains with the Prn vaccine ...

Short‐Course Low‐Dose Primaquine for Radical Cure in G6PD‐Normal Patients in the Pre‐Elimination Context of Nepal

open access: yesTropical Medicine &International Health, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Plasmodium vivax remains a challenge for malaria elimination in Nepal due to its ability to relapse. Radical cure with primaquine is effective but limited by poor adherence to the standard 14‐day low‐dose regimen. In 2022, the WHO recommended administering the same total dose (3.5 mg/kg) over 7 days to improve adherence.

Association Between Psychiatrists' Subjective Clinical Behavior Scores and Objective Quality Indicators Based on Discharge Prescriptions: A Nationwide Multicenter Study Based on the EGUIDE Project

open access: yesNeuropsychopharmacology Reports, Volume 46, Issue 2, June 2026.
Association between quality indicators and clinical behaviors related to the guidelines for schizophrenia. ABSTRACT Aim Psychiatrists often perceive their clinical practices as guideline‐concordant; however, discrepancies frequently exist between perceived and actual prescribing behaviors.

Pertactin-Negative and Filamentous Hemagglutinin-Negative Bordetella pertussis, Australia, 2013–2017

open access: yesEmerging Infectious Diseases, 2019
During the 2008–2012 pertussis epidemic in Australia, pertactin (Prn)–negative Bordetella pertussis emerged. We analyzed 78 isolates from the 2013–2017 epidemic and documented continued expansion of Prn-negative ptxP3 B. pertussis strains.

Prior-independent Auctions for Risk-averse Agents

open access: yes, 2013
We study simple and approximately optimal auctions for agents with a particular form of risk-averse preferences. We show that, for symmetric agents, the optimal revenue (given a prior distribution over the agent preferences) can be approximated by the ...

Implementation and Evaluation of a Pediatric Pain Assessment Educational Program (PPAEP) for Nurses in a Resource‐Limited Setting: A Pilot Study

open access: yesPaediatric and Neonatal Pain, Volume 8, Issue 2, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Nurses play a vital role in pediatric pain assessment and management. However, nurses' limited competencies in pain management have been identified as one of the barriers to optimal pediatric pain care. Therefore, this study aimed to implement and evaluate an educational program and changes in nurses' pediatric pain assessment knowledge and ...

The Clinical Spectrum and Neurodevelopmental Pathogenesis of KPTN‐Related Disorder in a Mouse Model

open access: yesAnnals of Neurology, Volume 99, Issue 5, Page 1287-1302, May 2026.
Objective Pathogenic variants in Kaptin (KPTN) cause KPTN‐related disorder (KRD). KPTN modulates mTOR signaling activation within the KICSTOR complex in response to cellular amino acid levels. We define the clinical spectrum and investigate the developmental pathogenesis of KRD.
