The impact of micronized progesterone on the endometrium: a systematic review
Postmenopausal women with an intact uterus using estrogen therapy should receive a progestogen for endometrial protection. International guidelines on menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) do not specify on progestogen type, dosage, route of application and ...

This study suggests that prenatal aspirin exposure is associated with reduced ovarian reserve in offspring, associated with HDAC1‐linked epigenetic downregulation of Usp9x as a candidate mechanism. These preclinical findings provide new insights into fetal‐origin ovarian disorders and contribute to the evidence base concerning aspirin's gestational ...

This study developed a 3D endometrial assembloid model to study how uterine glands form and develop. They discovered key interactions between different cell types and identified WNT7B as a regulator controlled by estradiol‐mediated TGFβ1‐VDR interaction.

Stress-induced increases in progesterone and cortisol in naturally cycling women
Studies with animals of both sexes show that the adrenal glands release progesterone in addition to cortisol in response to stress. However, little is known about the progesterone response to stress in naturally cycling women.

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

TRIM38 Suppresses Breast Cancer Progression via Modulating SQSTM1 Ubiquitination and Autophagic Flux
TRIM38, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, suppresses breast cancer progression by inhibiting proliferation, migration, and invasion. Downregulated in breast tumor, its loss correlates with poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 mediates K63‐linked ubiquitination of SQSTM1/p62 at K420, disrupting SQSTM1‐LC3 interaction and blocking autophagic flux.

Thermorespiratory Response of West African Dwarf Does to Progestagen Injection [PDF]
The physiological responses in terms of respiration rate (RR) and rectal temperature (RT) of 30 West African Dwarf (WAD) does were monitored after a single im injection of different doses of progestagens meant for synchronising oestrus.
