Hardware Trojans detection based on projection pursuit

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2013
A novel hardware Trojans detection technique using the side channel signals of chips was proposed.Based on the projection pursuit with absolute information divergence index, this technique could find out the data structure enables reflect high dimension ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Navigability Analysis of Local Gravity Map With Projection Pursuit-Based Selection Method by Using Gravitation Field Algorithm

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The positioning accuracy of the gravity-aided navigation is closely related to the selection of local gravity maps. In this paper, the local gravity maps are converted into 8-bit gray images.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Robust continuum regression. [PDF]

open access: yes
Several applications of continuum regression (CR) to non-contaminated data have shown that a significant improvement in predictive power can be obtained compared to the three standard techniques which it encompasses (ordinary least squares (OLS ...

Measurement on carbon lock-in of China based on RAGA-PP model

open access: yesCarbon Management, 2021
The measurement indicator system of carbon lock-in was constructed from four dimensions: fixed investment, technique, institution and social behavior; and the projection pursuit evaluation model based on the Real-coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm ...

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Delineation of homogenous regions using hydrological variables predicted by projection pursuit regression [PDF]

open access: yesHydrology and Earth System Sciences, 2016
This study investigates the utilization of hydrological information in regional flood frequency analysis (RFFA) to enforce desired properties for a group of gauged stations.
