Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and plasma cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) were analyzed to detect ESR1 mutations and methylation in patients with advanced breast cancer. CTC‐derived DNA showed higher sensitivity for mutation detection and revealed complementary genetic and epigenetic alterations, highlighting the added value of CTC analysis for understanding ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Rational homotopy type of projectivization of the tangent bundle of certain spaces [PDF]
PurposeThe paper aims to determine the rational homotopy type of the total space of projectivized bundles over complex projective spaces using Sullivan minimal models, providing insights into the algebraic structure of these spaces.Design/methodology ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Projective Metrizability and Formal Integrability
The projective metrizability problem can be formulated as follows: under what conditions the geodesics of a given spray coincide with the geodesics of some Finsler space, as oriented curves.

Discrete gauge groups in F-theory models on genus-one fibered Calabi-Yau 4-folds without section
We determine the discrete gauge symmetries that arise in F-theory compactifications on examples of genus-one fibered Calabi-Yau 4-folds without a section.

On a Certain Class of Self-Projective Surfaces [PDF]
Let P be a point of a surface S, and let R be a non-vanishing two-dimensional portion of S, finite or infinite in extent, such that P is orle of its interior points and such that the homogeneous coordinates t1, *-*, t4 of any point of R may be expressed as convergent series of positive integral powers of two parameters u and v.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Some designs and codes from L_2(q) [PDF]
For $q \in \{7,8,9,11,13,16\}$, we consider the primitive actions of $L_2(q)$ and use Key-Moori Method 1 as described in [Codes, designs and graphs from the Janko groups {$J_1$} and {$J_2$}, {\em J. Combin. Math. Combin.
