Genetic Ablation and Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveal CEP55 as a Key Driver of Tumorigenesis in Diverse Cancer Models

Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Reorganization of Innate Immune Cell Lipid Profiles by Bioinspired Meroterpenoids to Limit Inflammation

A nickel‐catalyzed three‐component reductive fluoroalkylation‐amination strategy of N‐vinylamides for the direct access to the α‐amidyl‐β‐difluoroalkyl amines was reported here. The synthetic method features with broad substrate scope, mild conditions, high functional group tolerance, and convenience to handle.

Adipose‐derived mesenchymal stem cell injection into the KI10 acupoint mitigates cartilage damage in KOA rats through PGE2‐mediated α7nAChR/NF‐κB pathway

In our research, KOA rat models were established and treated with ADSC injection into the KI10 acupoint. Pain relief, behavioral function, and joint structural improvements were systematically assessed using ethological tests, imaging, histopathological staining, transmission electron microscopy, and molecular analyses.
