PPP2R2D suppresses IL-2 production and Treg function
Protein phosphatase 2A is a ubiquitously expressed serine/threonine phosphatase that comprises a scaffold, a catalytic, and multiple regulatory subunits and has been shown to be important in the expression of autoimmunity.

Aged human bmMSCs are seeded in the scaffold. Osteoblastic induction can slightly increase cell's bone‐forming activity to produce bone‐like tissues, shown as the sporadic xylenol orange‐stained spots (the lower left image). Notably, pioglitazone plus EGCG co‐treatment dramatically increases cell's bone‐forming activity and bone‐like tissue production (

Competition and cooperation among receptor tyrosine phosphatases control motoneuron growth cone guidance in Drosophila [PDF]
The neural receptor tyrosine phosphatases DPTP69D, DPTP99A and DLAR are involved in motor axon guidance in the Drosophila embryo. Here we analyze the requirements for these three phosphatases in growth cone guidance decisions along the ISN and SNb ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

There is a significant need for biomaterials with well‐defined stability and bioactivity to support tissue regeneration. In this study, we developed a tunable microgel platform that enables the decoupling of stiffness from porosity, thereby promoting bone regeneration.

We introduce a nucleic acid nanoparticle (NANP) platform designed to be rrecognized by the human innate immune system in a regulated manner. By changing chemical composition while maintaining constant architectural parameters, we identify key determinants of immunorecognition enabling the rational design of NANPs with tunable immune activation profiles

This research presents a novel implantable bio‐battery, GF‐OsG, tailored for diabetic bone repair. GF‐OsG generates microcurrents in high‐glucose conditions to enhance vascularization, shift macrophages to the M2 phenotype, and regulate immune responses.

A bimetallic Mn–Ca nanoreactor (MCC) is developed as a non‐nucleotide STING nanoagonist for cancer metalloimmunotherapy. MCC induces Ca2+ overload and hydroxyl radical generation, resulting in mitochondrial damage and mtDNA release. The released mtDNA cooperates with Mn2+ to robustly activate cGAS–STING signaling.
