Proton Migration and Tautomerism in Protonated Triglycine

Proton migration in protonated glycylglycylglycine (GGG) has been investigated by using density functional theory at the B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) level of theory. On the protonated GGG energy hypersurface 19 critical points have been characterized, 11 as minima and 8 as first-order saddle points.

Proton-proton bremsstrahlung with polarized protons

The asymmetry in proton-proton bremsstrahlung is given for a variety of kinematic conditions in the soft photon approximation. It is argued that the asymmetry may be more sensitive to the unknown higher-order terms than the cross section and is shown that several models giving similar cross sections give quite different asymmetries, which could thus be

The Scattering of Protons by Protons

The cross section for scattering of protons by protons has been measured at angles from 15\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} to 45\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} for protons of energies 860, 1200, 1390, 2105 and 2392 kev. Observed scattering cross sections at 15\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} are close to Mott values for all energies.
