Phosphatidic acid induces cytoskeletal rearrangements through the Src‐FAK‐RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway during decidualization

open access: yesThe FEBS Journal, Volume 292, Issue 17, Page 4540-4554, September 2025.
Decidualization is the process by which human endometrial stromal cells undergo morphological and functional changes to prepare the uterus for embryo implantation and support pregnancy. Our study identifies the phosphatidic acid‐Src‐FAK‐RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway as a critical regulator of the cytoskeletal alterations required for this transformation.

Study of the effect of prostaglandin F2α analogue, Dinoprost, on cropus luteal tissue in pseudopregnant rabbit [PDF]

open access: yesĀsīb/shināsī-i Darmāngāhī-i Dāmpizishkī, 2008
In this study the effect of prostaglandin F2 alpha analogue, dinoprost, on corpus luteal tissue in pseudopregnant rabbit was investigated. For this purpose, 42 mature female rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups of 7 animals each.

Diagnosis and successful treatment of open pyometra in a wild European brown hare (Lepus europaeus)

open access: yesVeterinary Record Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 2, June 2025.
Abstract This case report describes an open pyometra in a wild adult female hare (Lepus europaeus) that was rescued in the Umbria countryside (Italy) during mid‐January. The clinical signs observed included anorexia and a mucopurulent to haemorrhagic discharge from the vulva.

Dinamika Folikel Ovarium Domba Pascatransplantasi Intrauterin pada Kelinci Pseudopregnanst [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The objective of this study was to evaluate the follicle dynamics of ewe ovarium post-intrauterine transplantation to pseudopregnanty rabbit. The experiment was concerned with the 1st or 7th days of pseudopregnancy to receive the ewe ovarium. After 5,

Effects of pregnancy on neuron electrophysiology in prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, and basolateral amygdala of mouse brain

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, Volume 8, Issue 5, Page 864-873, May 2025.
The electrophysiological change in neurons might contribute to the cognitive and emotional changes during pregnancy. Abstract Background Pregnancy affects learning and memory in women. Thus, to investigate the effects of pregnancy, the authors examined the brain electrophysiology of pregnant mice.

Analysis pipeline to quantify uterine gland structural variations

open access: yesDevelopmental Dynamics, Volume 254, Issue 5, Page 450-469, May 2025.
Abstract Background Technical advances in whole tissue imaging and clearing have allowed 3D reconstruction of exocrine uterine glands deep‐seated in the endometrium. However, there are limited gland structure analysis platforms to analyze these imaging data sets. Here, we present a pipeline for segmenting and analyzing uterine gland shape.

Efficient CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated knockin of reporter genes in rats at ROSA26 by pronuclear microinjection

open access: yesDevelopment, Growth &Differentiation, Volume 67, Issue 4, Page 215-225, May 2025.
We optimized a CRISPR‐mediated genome editing method for generating knockin (KI) rats through zygote microinjection, covering zygote harvesting to timed microinjection, which consistently yielded KI rats. Additionally, we established four fluorescent reporter lines at the ROSA26 locus.
