Research on Collaborative Estimation of SOC and SOH for Lithium‐Ion Batteries Based on BS‐SRCKF‐DEKF

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 14, Issue 3, Page 1416-1430, March 2026.
This paper presents a novel method for jointly estimating the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) in lithium‐ion battery systems. A second‐order hysteresis RC model and the BS‐SRCKF‐DEKF algorithm are used to improve estimation accuracy. Simulation and experimental results verify the method′s robustness and superior performance.

PSEUDOSPECTRAL APPROXIMATION COMPARED WITH CONTROL VOLUME FORMULATION AND FINITE DIFFERENCES - SOME TEST CASES

open access: yesTASK Quarterly, 2000
The paper presents comparison of the pseudospectral method with low-order approximation for two test cases. The first test case is quasi one-dimensional supersonic flow through convergingdiverging nozzle for which exact solution exists.

Mixed Fourier-Legendre Spectral Methods for the Multiple Solutions of the Schrodinger Equation on the Unit Disk

open access: yesMathematical Modelling and Analysis, 2017
In this paper, we first compute the multiple non-trivial solutions of the Schrodinger equation on a unit disk, by using the Liapunov-Schmidt reduction and symmetry-breaking bifurcation theory, combined with the mixed Fourier-Legendre spectral and ...

A Hermite pseudospectral solver for two-dimensional incompressible flows on infinite domains

open access: yes, 2014
The Hermite pseudospectral method is applied to solve the Navier-Stokes equations on a two-dimensional infinite domain. The feature of Hermite function allows us to adopt larger time steps than other spectral methods, but also leads to some extra ...

Self‐Creation of Accelerated Temporal Mirrors

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 5, Issue 2, February 2026.
The field of temporal analog effects is rapidly emerging and seen as a driver of a paradigm shift in photonics. It promises striking new phenomena but remains experimentally challenging. This work introduces a mechanism that automatically creates a temporal mirror with simple optical means, unlocking practical access to extreme nonlinear dynamics and ...

A Fourier pseudospectral method for some computational aeroacoustics problems

open access: yes, 2006
A Fourier pseudospectral time-domain method is applied to wave propagation problems pertinent to computational aeroacoustics. The original algorithm of the Fourier pseudospectral time-domain method works for periodical problems without the interaction ...

Ground‐Motion Aleatory‐Variability Models for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands

open access: yesEarthquake Spectra, Volume 42, Issue 1, February 2026.
I develop independent logic trees for aleatory variability for crustal and subduction‐zone (interface and intraslab) earthquakes for seismic hazards analyses in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (PRVI) from existing suites of ground‐motion models (GMMs) and from ground‐motion datasets, including a regional PRVI dataset.

Optimal Trajectory-Following Guidance Based on Receding Horizon Indirect Gauss Pseudospectral Method for a Gliding Aerial Vehicle

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering
This paper presents an optimal trajectory-following guidance law for a gliding aerial vehicle, which integrates a receding horizon scheme with an indirect Gauss pseudospectral approach.

RBF collocation methods and pseudospectral methods

open access: yes, 2006
We show how the collocation framework that is prevalent in the radial basis function literature can be modified so that the methods can be interpreted in the framework of standard pseudospectral methods.

A deep‐learning model for one‐shot transcranial ultrasound simulation and phase aberration correction

open access: yesMedical Physics, Volume 53, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Background Transcranial ultrasound is a promising non‐invasive neuromodulation technique with applications, including neuronal activity modulation, blood–brain barrier opening, targeted drug delivery, and thermal ablation. Its ability to deliver focused ultrasound waves to precise brain regions has led to over 50 clinical trials targeting ...
