Cognitive impairment in PSP compared with PD: assessment by clinical subtype and longitudinal change
Background Longitudinal studies investigating cognitive function changes in patients with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) are limited. The variability of cognitive impairment across clinical subtypes of PSP remains unclear. Objective This study aimed

Abstract Dinosaurs evolved a unique respiratory system with air sacs that contributed to their evolutionary success. Postcranial skeletal pneumaticity (PSP) has been used to infer the presence of air sac systems in some fossil archosaurs. While unambiguous evidence of PSP is well documented in pterosaurs and post‐Carnian saurischians, it remains absent

Abstract The baphetoids represent a clade of the Carboniferous stem‐tetrapods (Middle Mississippian—Middle Pennsylvanian) with a characteristic extension of the orbits into antorbital vacuities, which formed keyhole‐shaped openings on the skull. The more derived baphetids were crocodile‐like piscivores frequently occurring in coal‐bearing lacustrine ...

We assessed lactation productivity in dairy cows when replacing alfalfa hay with barley silage. A 50% replacement increased feed intake, whereas total replacement improved nutrient conversion to milk. Barley silage can effectively replace alfalfa hay, enhancing sustainability and resilience in dairy production amid forage quality constraints and market

Abstract Background Jointed appendages represent one of the key innovations of arthropods, and thus understanding the development and evolution of these structures is important for the understanding of the evolutionary success of Arthropoda. In this paper, we analyze a cell cluster that was identified in a previous single‐cell sequencing (SCS ...
