Blood α‐Synuclein Separates Parkinson's Disease from Dementia with Lewy Bodies

Objective Aggregation of misfolded α‐synuclein (aSyn) within the brain is the pathologic hallmark of Lewy body diseases (LBDs), including Parkinson's disease (PD), and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) disease.
