Decent Work Model in the Context of Psychology of Working Theory
2022The Psychology of Working Theory was developed to examine the working experiences of people with limited economic resources who were discriminated in their lifetimes. The Decent Work term is situated in the theory’s center and it is proposed that there are contextual and psychological factors affecting access to jobs that fit in the Decent Work.
