New Phytologist, EarlyView.The working model of LURP1 function in plant immunity. Upon pathogen infection, SARD1/CBP60g promotes the transcription of LURP1 directly. LURP1 likely functions as an adaptor protein that associates with the PRRs–BAK1 complexes at the plasma membrane (PM) while also interacts with the ADR1 family helper NLRs.
