Diallyl trisulfides (DATs) selectively induce cuproptosis in hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) by targeting Ras‐related protein Rab‐18 (RAB18) and regulating lipophagy. DATs promote RAB18 phase separation, enhance mitochondrial‐associated membrane structures (MAMs) formation, and increase succinylation of dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase (DLD) at K320.

Enhanced arginine uptake is a critical feature of metabolic reprogramming in PTCL, characterized by elevated expression of the arginine transporter SLC3A2. SLC3A2‐mediated arginine uptake facilitates PTCL proliferation and survival by enhancing OXPHOS metabolism and inducing immune evasion.

Glycolysis‐derived lactate activates nucleus pulposus cell ferroptosis via Histon H3K18la‐mediated ACSL4 transcription and ACSL4 lactylation and aggravate intervertebral disc degeneration. Inhibiting glycolysis via gene silencing or chemical intervention reduces the production of lactate and ameliorates ferroptosis activation and nucleus pulposus ...

Graphical Abstract and Lay Summary Keto isoleucine and keto leucine are amino acid precursors, which can be used by CHO cells to produce biotherapeutics. The authors demonstrate that the supplementation of the keto acid derivatives in cell culture feeds alters the levels of related by‐products formed during the process.

The Essentiality of Amino Acids in Healthiness and Disease State: Type II Diabetes as a Case Study
This review investigates the functions of amino acids in normal physiological states, their potential as a diagnostic biomarker, the probable risk of deficiency, and the therapeutic ability for managing and preventing type 2 diabetes mellitus. ABSTRACT A healthy life depends on the availability and the synthesis of amino acids as they are building ...

Our study provides a comprehensive multi‐omics profile of aging, integrating proteomic, metabolomic, and metagenomic analyses across diverse tissues and plasma. We identified the synergistic amplification of the circulating complement system and tissue‐wide immunoglobulin accumulation as key molecular drivers of inflammaging.
