Effects of QD Concentrations and Thermal Annealing on the Performance of Self-Assembly QD-OLEDs
Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2011We have fabricated and investigated the effect of CdSe/ZnS quantum dot (QD) concentrations on the performance of self-assembly hybrid inorganic/organic light emitting diodes (QD-OLEDs). The uniform distribution of QDs with controllable density was achieved using the conventional spin-coating method.

QD fiber amplifier using a fiber coupler with a PbS QD-film
Optoelectronic Materials and Devices V, 2010A semiconductor QD fiber amplifier (SQDFA) is proposed and theoretically researched. The fiber amplifier makes use of a tapered twin SMF coupler and a PbS QD-film is coated on the surface of it. In the tapered region, QDs will be excited by the evanescent wave of a pump and produce a gain on signal.

BIT, 1988For interpolation data \(f_{ij}\), given at points \((x_ i,y_ j)\) structured such that they satisfy the ``inclusion property'', a process with rational approximants is defined which is similar to the Padé-process in one variable. Techniques for the construction of the interpolants are discussed.
