Bound States in the Continuum in Metasurface Absorbers: A Comparison with Metasurfaces
Bound states in the continuum (BICs) offer a powerful mechanism for enhancing light–matter interactions. This work systematically investigates the radiation characteristics of BICs under both transmission and reflection configurations using multipolar analysis.

Background: Plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance genes (PMQR) have been shown to play not only an important role in quinolone resistance, but also resistance to other antibiotics, particularly β-lactams and aminoglycosides.

Iranian clinical Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolates showed high susceptibility to trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, minocycline, and levofloxacin, but marked resistance to ceftazidime and ticarcillin‐clavulanate, alongside widespread biofilm production and resistance genes.

Abstract This report presents the main findings of the 2023–2024 harmonised antimicrobial resistance (AMR) monitoring in Salmonella spp., Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli from humans, food‐producing animals (broilers, laying hens, fattening turkeys, fattening pigs and bovines under 1 year of age), and derived meat.

Environmental bacteria harbor a plethora of genes that, upon their horizontal transfer to new hosts, may confer resistance to antibiotics, although the number of such determinants actually acquired by pathogenic bacteria is very low. The founder effect, fitness costs and ecological connectivity all influence the chances of resistance transfer being ...

Forest plot of pooled prevalence/proportion of erythromycin resistance in Campylobacter coli (a) and C. jejuni (b). C. coli isolates (0.18) had twice resistance to erythromycin than C. jejuni isolates (0.09). ABSTRACT In this study, a systematic review and meta‐analysis were conducted to consider antimicrobial resistance (AMR) rates of Campylobacter in

Adaptive Feedback‐Driven Gram‐Schmidt Pansharpening: An Iterative Quality Enhancement Framework
We propose an adaptive feedback‐driven pansharpening (AFDP) framework that enhances the classical Gram‐Schmidt (GS) method by iteratively refining the fusion process using low‐pass‐filtered updates and a QNR‐based stopping criterion. Unlike traditional GS sharpening, which injects panchromatic details in a single step, the AFDP approach gradually ...
