Ultra‐Wide‐Field Noninvasive Imaging Through Scattering Media Via Physics‐Guided Deep Learning
We propose a physics‐guided adaptive dual‐domain learning method for ultra‐wide‐field noninvasive imaging through scattering media, namely UNI‐Net. Our method not only reduces the requirement for real experimental data by an order of magnitude but also enables clear imaging of complex scenes with an ultra‐large field of view, which is 164 times the OME

A quadratic estimator view of the transfer function correction in intensity mapping surveys
ABSTRACT In single dish neutral hydrogen (H i) intensity mapping, signal separation methods such as principal component analysis (PCA) are used to clean the astrophysical foregrounds. PCA induces a signal loss in the estimated power spectrum, which can be corrected by a transfer function (TF).

In this work it is presented a systematic procedure for constructing the solution of a large class of nonlinear conduction heat transfer problems through the minimization of quadratic functionals like the ones usually employed for linear descriptions. The proposed procedure gives rise to an efficient and easy way for carrying out numerical simulations ...

Triple‐Mode Ferroelectric Thin‐Film Transistor for Hybrid Electrical–Optical Reservoir Computing
A triple‐mode ferroelectric thin‐film transistor is developed by integrating Si3N4/HZO/IGZO layers to realize three independent memory modes: electric long‐term, electric short‐term, and optical short‐term. This single‐device architecture functions as both a reservoir and readout layer, achieving 92.43% MNIST accuracy. It offers a fully hardware‐based,

Reduced phase space optics for general relativity: Symplectic ray bundle transfer
International audienceIn the paraxial regime of Newtonian optics, propagation of an ensemble of rays is represented by a symplectic ABCD transfer matrix defined on a reduced phase space. Here, we present its analogue for general relativity. Starting from

An interpretable machine learning framework integrating SHAP and PDP analysis identifies critical design descriptors from 139 physicochemical features for Nb─Si alloys. The framework achieves <7% prediction error and guides the discovery of Nb38.5Ti38.5Si3Zr18V2 alloy with 22.791 MPa·m1/2 fracture toughness, breaking the 20 MPa·m1/2 barrier.

SuFEx‐Enabled Reprogramming of Flavonoids for Selective α‐Glucosidase Covalent Inhibition
Selective inhibition of intestinal α‐glucosidase remains limited by poor enzyme specificity and off‐target metabolic effects. Here, SuFEx click chemistry is used to reprogram natural flavonoids into covalent inhibitors with enhanced α‐glucosidase selectivity and controlled reactivity. This strategy enables effective regulation of carbohydrate digestion
