ABSTRACT The role of the cell envelope‐associated Rv0132c/FGD2 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis has long been a subject of debate. Importantly, FGD2 is found only in pathogenic mycobacteria, making it a potential drug target. While some suggest it functions as a glucose‐6‐phosphate dehydrogenase, others propose it acts instead as an F420‐dependent ...

The Simple Fetal Medicine Foundation model effectively predicts preeclampsia (PE) in twin pregnancies at 11 +0–13 + 6 weeks using only maternal risk factors and mean arterial pressure. It achieves a high detection rate for early onset PE (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve 0.911 for PE <30 weeks) and provides a simple, convenient ...

LURP1, a SARD1‐regulated protein, coordinates with the helper NLR ADR1 to promote plant immunity
The working model of LURP1 function in plant immunity. Upon pathogen infection, SARD1/CBP60g promotes the transcription of LURP1 directly. LURP1 likely functions as an adaptor protein that associates with the PRRs–BAK1 complexes at the plasma membrane (PM) while also interacts with the ADR1 family helper NLRs.
