Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Requirements Engineering Quality: a Literature Review

open access: yesJurnal Nasional Pendidikan Teknik Informatika (JANAPATI)
Requirements Engineering Quality (REQ) has a large influence on the success of a software project. A systematic literature review (SLR) is conducted to get complete information about REQ.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Water quality requirements for floricultural operations

open access: yesCalifornia Agriculture, 1977
Compared to most food crops, floricultural and ornamental greenhouse crops use large amounts of irrigation water per square foot of production area. This is because of shallow soils in containers and raised beds and because of high leaching requirements ...

Managerial competency in complex business systems: Outcomes standardization and organizational learning process quality in a large-scale domestic company [PDF]

open access: yesTehnika, 2020
Staff competency, as the only distingent factor in a working process in an organization, is in a base of a successful and sustainable business. Managerial competency, especially in complex business systems, is even more significant.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Quality Requirements Checklist. [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Object Technology, 2005
On an individual requirement by requirement basis, quality requirements are typically much more important than functional requirements because they most strongly drive the architecture of software-intensive systems. Thus, it is how well the quality requirements are engineered and implemented that tends to determine the success or failure of mission ...
