Metabolites derived from wild blueberry (poly)phenols, such as syringic (SA), vanillic (VA), and isoferulic acids (IA), can modulate lipid metabolism and oxidative stress markers in mature 3T3‐L1 adipocytes treated with free fatty acids (FFAs; oleic/palmitic acid, 750 µM, 2:1 ratio).

In Vitro, Anti‐Colon Cancer Activity of Green Dumbbell‐Shaped Rhododendron luteum‐Based Carbon Dots
The anticancer potential of Rhododendron luteum‐based carbon dots was investigated. Environmentally friendly synthesis yielded carbon dots that selectively induced cytotoxicity in HCT116 cells by reducing CD44/24 ratio, causing G2/M phase arrest, and enhancing apoptosis.

A user‐friendly protocol for the synthesis 3‐substituted coumarin derivatives was developed using Friedel‐Crafts alkylation and ozonolysis as key steps. Deactivation of 3‐chymotrypsin like protease (3CLpro) enzyme using these coumarin derivatives were investigated to explored their potential as 3CLpro inhibitors for Covid‐19 Therapeutics.
