Mechanism of resistance to quinclorac in smooth crabgrass (Digitaria ischaemum)
Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology, 2006Abstract The mechanism of resistance to quinclorac was investigated in a smooth crabgrass biotype [ Digitaria ischaemum (Schreb. ex Schweig) Schreb. ex Muhl] from Tulare County, California. Quinclorac (8.96 kg a.i. ha −1 ) had no effect ( P = 0.18) on the resistant (R) biotype, but reduced fresh weight of a susceptible (S) biotype by 93%.

Effect of Postflood Quinclorac Applications on Commercial Rice Cultivars
Weed Technology, 2012Rice cultivar, growth stage at application, or both may influence rice tolerance to quinclorac. Field studies were conducted to compare the response of five rice cultivars ‘Bowman’, ‘Cheniere’, ‘CL161’, ‘Cocodrie’, and ‘XL723’ to postflood quinclorac applications. Quinclorac at 0.56 kg ai ha−1was applied 2 and 4 wk after flood (WAF).

Comparative Transcriptomics Deciphers Quinclorac Selectivity in Rice and Tobacco
Physiologia PlantarumABSTRACT Quinclorac is widely used in rice cultivation; however, its persistent residue poses a serious risk to subsequent tobacco crops in rice‐tobacco rotation systems, limiting the sustainability of this practice.

[Effect of herbicide quinclorac on microbic populations in a paddy soil].
Ying yong sheng tai xue bao = The journal of applied ecology, 2005The potential effect of herbicide quinclorac on culturable microorganisms was investigated in a flooded paddy soil added with 0.33, 0.67, 1.00, 1.33, and 2.00 microg quinclorac x g(-1) dried soil, by a 10-fold serial dilution plate technique for total soil aerobic bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi, by three-tube anaerobic most-probable-number (MPN ...
