[EN] In this study, chitosan (CH) nanoparticles were obtained by means of cross-linking with sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP). The effect of the concentration, the molecular weight of the CH and the ratio CH:TPP on the physicochemical properties of the obtained dispersions was evaluated. CHbased nanoparticles showed a spherical microstructure.
