Extending charged holographic Rényi entropy [PDF]
Motivated by extended black hole thermodynamics, we generalize the Rényi entropy of charged holographic conformal field theories (CFTs) in d-dimensions.

Relating different quantum generalizations of the conditional Rényi entropy [PDF]
© 2014 AIP Publishing LLC. Recently a new quantum generalization of the Rényi divergence and the corresponding conditional Rényi entropies was proposed.

We consider 3d N≥2 superconformal field theories on a branched covering of a three-sphere. The Rényi entropy of a CFT is given by the partition function on this space, but conical singularities break the supersymmetry preserved in the bulk.

Conditional Randomization Tests for the Specification of Interference Structure
ABSTRACT This study proposes specification tests for interference structure in causal inference with spillovers. We focus on experimental settings in which the treatment assignment mechanism is known. To test whether a given exposure mapping adequately summarizes the true interference structure, we develop conditional randomization tests by utilizing ...

On Tight Tree‐Complete Hypergraph Ramsey Numbers
ABSTRACT Chvátal showed that for any tree T $T$ with k $k$ edges, the Ramsey number R ( T , n ) = k ( n − 1 ) + 1 $R(T,n)=k(n-1)+1$. For r = 3 $r=3$ or 4, we show that, if T $T$ is an r $r$‐uniform nontrivial tight tree, then the hypergraph Ramsey number R ( T , n ) = Θ ( n r − 1 ) $R(T,n)={\rm{\Theta }}({n}^{r-1})$.

On the Use of Rényi Entropy for Optimal Window Size Computation in the Short-Time Fourier Transform
In this paper, we investigate the determination of an optimal window length associated with the computation of the short time Fourier transform of multicomponent signals.

Supersymmetric Rényi entropy and charged hyperbolic black holes [PDF]
The supersymmetric Rényi entropy across a spherical entangling surface in a d-dimensional SCFT with flavor defects is equivalent to a supersymmetric partition function on ℍd−1× 𝕊1, which can be computed exactly using localization.

Logarithmic singularities of Renyi entropy as a sign of chaos?
We propose that the logarithmic singularities of the Renyi entropy of local-operator-excited states for replica index n can be a sign of quantum chaos.

Rényi entropy at large energy density in 2D CFT
We investigate the Rényi entropy and entanglement entropy of an interval with an arbitrary length in the canonical ensemble, microcanonical ensemble and primary excited states at large energy density in the thermodynamic limit of a two-dimensional large ...
